A Call to Arms: Three Days of Cheers, Chants, and Champions

Back in May, our school came alive with excitement as we hosted three consecutive days of Sports Day celebrations, each specially organized for different groups — kindergarten, primary, and secondary students. For three days straight, the field echoed with energy, laughter, and loud cheers as students gave their all in every activity.

Joyful yells with kindergartners!

On the first day, our youngest students took the spotlight. It was a day filled with pure joy, excitement, and a little frustration as they experienced friendly competition for the first time. From football matches to tug of war and other fun activities, every moment was packed with enthusiasm.

Although only a few parents were able to attend, their presence, along with the encouragement from teachers, meant a lot to the children. The kindergartners ran, laughed, and cheered with all their hearts, making it a delightful and heartwarming start to the celebration.

The second day brought in our primary students, and with them came a louder wave of chants and cheers. The atmosphere was filled with spirited shouting as students supported their teams, determined to give their best and aim for victory.

The lineup of games, including football and badminton each showcased not only the students’ growing skills but also their teamwork and sportsmanship. Their energy and determination made the day lively and full of excitement.

Blazingly Talented Seniors

On the final day, the secondary students took center stage, bringing the competition to its peak. With strong, confident cheers and intense focus, they showed what dedication and practice can achieve.

They competed in a range of events, including football and relay races. They also participated in 100m and 800m races, as well as high jump and long jump. Obstacle races added excitement, while volleyball and badminton tested their coordination. Every game was played with strategy and discipline, along with strong teamwork. Whether on the track or on the court, the seniors remained vigilant. They gave their absolute best to secure victory for their teams.

Uniting as a community

Across all three days, one thing remained constant — the incredible spirit of our students. From joyful yells to powerful cheers, the event was filled with excitement, unity, and unforgettable memories.

Sports Day was not just about winning, but about participation, resilience, and bringing the school community together. It was truly a celebration of effort, talent, and school pride — one that we will all cherish for a long time.
